Parent’s Night Out: Star Wars Night
Get ready for an epic evening in a galaxy not so far away…
Our next Parent’s Night Out is happening on Saturday, May 3rd—just in time for International Star Wars Day weekend! This out-of-this-world event will be packed with themed games, lightsaber battles, and all the fun your young Jedi can handle.
🛡️ And the best part? Every participant will receive their very own lightsaber to customize and take home!

Open to members and non-members ages 7+.
Friends, siblings, cousins, and neighbors are all welcome (with parent/guardian approval)!

Mom & Me Classes!
Let’s celebrate the incredible moms, grandmothers, aunties, and female guardians in our lives with one of our most heartwarming traditions—our annual Mom & Me class!
In honor of Mother’s Day, we’re inviting the special women in our students’ lives to step onto the mats and share in the fun, laughter, and bonding that makes Taekwondo so meaningful.
🗓️ Class Schedule
Lil’ Dragons (Ages 4–6):
🕓 4:45 PM – Moms are invited to join their Lil’ Dragon on the mat for a fun and engaging class filled with teamwork and smiles.
All Other Students:
🕕 6:45 PM Family Class – Moms of Juniors, Teens, and Adults are welcome to jump in during our Family Class session for partner drills, light training, and memorable moments.
🎁 What to Expect

A special gift for every mom who joins us!
👕 Just wear comfortable clothing you can move in—we’ll take care of the rest!
If it’s your first time participating, we kindly ask you to fill out a quick waiver form prior to class.
🌟 Fun Fact:
Did you know Mr. Lacy’s mom is one of the highest-ranking women in Taekwondo America? A legendary 8th-degree black belt, she was one of his very first instructors and still inspires him today. She owns Valley Ranch Taekwondo in DFW —and is set to achieve the prestigious 9th Degree Black Belt at the September National Tournament in Dallas, TX this year!
We can’t wait to welcome all the amazing moms onto the mat. Let’s make this Mother’s Day extra meaningful—together!
Sparring Workout
Lil’ Dragons Makeup & Beginner Intro Class
Saturday, May 17th at 12:30 PM
We’re excited to offer a special 30-minute class just for our youngest martial artists and those brand-new to Taekwondo! Whether your child needs to make up a class or is trying Taekwondo for the first time, this is a perfect opportunity to jump in and get started.

Current Lil’ Dragons (ages 4–6) who want to make up a missed class

New students looking to try a beginner-friendly introduction to Taekwondo

Focus: Basics, fun drills, and beginner-friendly instruction
